This is not an IT analyst's position - it is a commercial and procedural analytical role. My client. a successful and growing organisation, has a vacancy for a Care Co-ordinator to join their busy team based in Beaconsfield Working alongside a Senior Care Manager, you'll be responsible for co-ordinating the placement of carers with clients on a weekly basis, balancing the carers availability with the clients requirements. You'll be in regular contact with clients and carers to make sure their needs are met, to answer queries and complaints and, you'll often be visiting the clients in their own homes. In addition, you'll be checking timesheets are processed correctly and ensuring all appropriate administration is completed. To succeed in the role you'll need to be a fantastic organiser who is able to work to tight deadlines using your initiative and ability to 'think on your feet'. You'll possess excellent communication skills and have a calm and confident approach to problem solving and be computer literate. Above all, you must be able to demonstrate a caring and empathetic approach to others along with good listening skills. You will be expected to be available 'on call' on a rota basis 1 in every 5th week-end along with some evenings.
