Major career move for an enthusiastic COMMIS CHEF AND CHEF DE PARTIE
This is a busy 100 seater fish restaurant. We have known the owner and chef for years. The owner has run a successful fish restaurant before and the chef has worked at a number of top quality restaurants and hotels.
This is a live out position with a package of around ?17.5k.For the COMMIS CHEF and around ?21k for the CHEF DE PARTIE. You will work 9 shifts per week with Sunday evening and Mondays always off.
The totally new kitchen won a Catey award last year. So this is a job working with the best people and environment producing progressive food in one of the most breathtaking parts of the country.
This is a live out position and you must have an absolute right to work in the UK as well as sound experience at least to 2AA Rosette level,.
