CHEF DE PARTIE required for one of two MICHELIN STARRED RESTAURANTS in West London
The shift patterns mean that you work 4 doubles a week giving you 3 days off a week.
If you elect to work overtime you could easilly end up with a week off without touching your holiday entitlement!!
There are 95 covers served by a brigade of 12 chefs.
The position is open to all chefs who have worked at least to 2AA Rosette standard and salary is set at ?19k to ?22.5k depending upon experience.
